where can i learn Hebrew and get a bachelor degree in this language?

I live in the westbank and i want to learn hebrew …but am not allowed to regester in Israeli university …where i can i find a university in the middle east ..teaches hebrew ?

from a temple I once received a small thin book. The hebrew letters corresponded with alphabetic letters. We first learned to speak the words, then learned the translation. It was like a paint by number, you did it yourself. So I suggest you contact a temple and ask. Usually the temples have their degreed studies at one of their schools.
