You can use the free FSI audio course for learning hebrew although it is quite dated and the modern hebrew spoken in israel today has moved on a bit since then.

Also you could get the Pimsleur hebrew courses which are a bit cheaper than Rosetta Stone, specially if you get the digital download version.

Once you have learned the basics you could do language exchanges online with native hebrew speakers.

If you are really serious you could go to israel and do the hebrew “ulpan” which is an intensive language course designed to get new immigrants up to speed. It can be done full time (5 or 6 hours a day, 5 days a week) or part time a couple of evenings a week.

Check out either your local Jewish Community Center or Israeli Consulate. They should be able to help you.

I would guess from your request that you really don’t want to learn Hebrew. you will need to invest time and money in that endeavor. And you need to use Hebrew to communicate in, not merely learn a bunch of words and rules. Rosetta stone is a piece of junk, so don’t worry about buying that. How about skyping with a Hebrew speaker?

On Youtube, there’s a teacher from Palestine who teaches Arabic, Hebrew and Italian. She is fantastic, her lessons are concise and informative, and her teaching style is easy. Her channel is LearnArabicWithMaha.

Livemocha has Hebrew lessons, though you have to learn the alphabet and basic grammar on your own. It’s a great site to have natives review your work which includes both writing and speaking.

Here’s a site you can learn the alphabet off of, and I think it’ll help you with basic grammar.
